Enduro India is a UK-based group that conducts motorcycle tours around South India raising funds for various charities in India. The tour is an exhausting and challenging week on a Royal Enfield Bullet 350cc motorcycle, with about 100 Britons driving about 200 Kms every day, on a variety of road surfaces, traffic densities and driving conditions.

        India Educational Tours conducts tours for families, friends and partners of participants on the Enduro India tour, starting and finishing with the motorcycle tour, but travelling more direct routes and staying for longer periods in fewer places. Participants will be able to spend

       Two days and a night at “Jungle Retreat” deep in the Mudumalai Wildlife Sanctuary, set in the picturesque foothills of the Nilgiri Range, riding a jeep or an elephant through the jungle to look for spotted deer, monkeys, wild elephant, wild boar, peacocks, leopard, panther, and maybe even tiger; swimming in the natural pool; spending a night in a tree-house; relaxing by the bar or singing around a bonfire in the cool evenings:

       Two days and a night in Thekkadi, visiting a spice farm to see how cardamom, arecanut, pepper, nutmeg and other spices grow; taking a guided tour through a tea plantation and factory near Munnar to see what makes the brew that cheers; and a boat ride on the Periyar lake to see bison, boars, macaques, langur, sambhar deer, otters, cormorants, kingfishers, fishing eagles and much more:

       Two days and a night on a houseboat enjoying the warmth and quiet beauty of the backwaters of Kerala; watching Kathakali dances and musical performances and demonstrations of Kallari, an ancient Martial Art; relaxing with a reviving traditional massage using ayurvedic oils and essences; relishing exquisite seafood.
